4/20/2011 INDIGENOUS ARTS COALITION OPENING RECEPTION @ GALERIA DE LA RAZA, SF
TheI.A.C. in collaboration with the Galeria de la Raza and Snag Magazine are having a benefit art show to potentially help raise funds for the Central Market Art in Storefronts Project as well as a few upcoming I.A.C. events during the month of May including film screenings, art shows, and community events... The following is a brief preview sample of some of the installations in the upcoming show at the Galeria de la Raza. The opening reception is this coming Friday April 22nd. Come down to 24th and Bryant st. in the Mission District of Sf...View some artwork, drink some juice and watch some traditional dancing from the intertribal dancing feathers group as well as other local native musicians and singers...
